1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

- A damaged item
- The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
