1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods or special promotions, processing may take additional time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors.
  • Once packages are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to the customer.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, package weight, or promotional events.
  • Unless stated otherwise, shipping fees do not include duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Package Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Delays

  • FIESTA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Incorrect Address

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.
  • Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after the 2-hour window.
  • This includes changes to product selection, quantity, or shipping method.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately:
    • We will coordinate with our shipping department and logistics partners to investigate promptly and provide updates.
    • During peak periods, please allow 1–3 business days for a response.
  • If a package is lost or damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and circumstances.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return eligible items within 30 business days of receiving the order.
  • Approved returns must be received within 7 business days.
  • Items must meet the original packaging and product condition requirements.

10. International Shipping

  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Due to customs clearance and local regulations, international delivery times may be longer.
